We act solely as consultants and advisors. We do not guarantee admission to any university, scholarship awards, visa approvals, or employment opportunities. Final decisions rest with the respective universities, government authorities, and other third parties.

Our primary focus areas include USA, UAE, Europe, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We may expand or modify our service areas at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of GlobEduVerse, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Supply complete, accurate, and truthful information about your academic qualifications, work experience, financial status, and personal circumstances
• Timely Response: Respond promptly to our requests for information, documents, or actions required for your application process
• Document Authenticity: Ensure all documents, certificates, and information provided are genuine and legally obtained. Any falsification of documents may result in immediate termination of services
• Compliance with Laws: Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of both India and your destination country
• Follow Guidance: Follow our professional advice and instructions throughout the application and visa process
• Financial Obligations: Meet all financial obligations including university fees, visa fees, travel costs, and our service fees as applicable
• Independent Verification: Independently verify all information we provide and conduct your own research about universities and programs
• Communication: Maintain open and honest communication with our team throughout the process

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers

4. Fees and Payment
